General Physics Names Dennis Bonilla Senior Vice President

Elkridge, MD. November 16, 2010. Global performance improvement solutions provider General Physics Corporation (GP), a subsidiary of GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE: GPX), announced today that Dennis Bonilla has been appointed a Senior Vice President in GP’s outsourcing practice.

Mr. Bonilla has over 30 years’ experience in training and has played a key role in managing GP’s work with an important global software client. Before returning to GP in 2009, he gained valuable corporate training experience, as the vice president of Oracle University, where he was responsible for the general management of Oracle Corporation’s largest global education business unit ($350 million annually) in the Americas for external customers, partners and internal employees. In this role, he managed both direct channel and indirect channels (authorized partners and re-sellers). In addition to the position with Oracle, he spent ten years at GP, rising to the position of senior vice president.  In addition, he has been a senior partner at a consulting firm where he focused on advanced learning technology software platforms, president of a school providing education to professionals, and chief executive officer of a firm providing interactive medical education and marketing communications for the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devise market.

With Mr. Bonilla’s background and knowledge, GP raises the bar in its commitment and dedication to serve and expand GP’s outsourcing customer base. Don Duquette, Executive Vice President of GP’s Learning Solutions Group and the Global Outsourcing Practice Leader, stated, “We are pleased to have Dennis back on our leadership team. With his many years of learning and development experience, we anticipate a noticeable increase in outsourcing opportunities for GP.”
