This course provides an overview of the Lean approach and considers implementation strategies within manufacturing, design, operations, and office functions. The Lean building blocks will be reviewed (including 5S, visual management, waste elimination, value stream mapping, and process flow), enabling participants to understand how these techniques fit together, and to consider implementation within their companies.
