This 4-week course will help you prove and improve the impact of learning in your organization.

Make causal arguments about the business contribution of learning investments.
Lead a Measurement Mapping session to conduct business alignment discussions with stakeholders.
Develop credible, detailed Measurement Maps®.
Address common issues in the design and execution of business impact measurement projects.

Impact Study Design

A 2-week course that provides you with the concepts, examples, skills, and practice to develop comprehensive impact studies.

Develop a plan for how you’re going to measure what you have defined on a Measurement Map®.
Establish hypotheses and metrics.
Determine study population, time parameters, and influencing variables.
Identify the information needed to pull the data for analysis.

Think Like a Data Analyst

This 2-week course gives you the opportunity to dive into the data.

Conduct exploratory analysis on learning, HR, and business data from different sources.
Identify key business metrics trends.
Conduct correlation analysis.
Tell the data’s story in a way that resonates with the business.
